Connecting integrations

Connect your email and calendar to Revian so your communications sync automatically. Revian supports Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Google Workspace setup

1 Open integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Google Workspace.

2 Sign in to Google

Choose your Google account or enter your email address.

3 Grant permissions

Review the permissions Revian needs and click Allow.

4 Select what to sync

Choose whether to sync email, calendar, or both. Click Save.

Permissions explained

Revian requests these Google permissions:

Revian uses read-only access where possible. We never delete your emails or calendar events.

Microsoft 365 setup

1 Open integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Microsoft 365.

2 Sign in to Microsoft

Enter your Microsoft work or school account credentials.

3 Accept permissions

Review the permissions and click Accept.

4 Configure sync settings

Choose email and calendar sync options, then click Save.

Admin consent (if required)

Some Microsoft 365 organizations require admin approval before users can connect third-party apps. If you see an "Admin approval required" message:

  1. Contact your IT administrator
  2. Share the Revian permissions request with them
  3. Once approved, retry the connection

What happens after connecting

Once connected, Revian will:

Note: Initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the size of your inbox. You can continue using Revian while it syncs in the background.

Troubleshooting

Connection failed

If the connection fails, try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Check that pop-ups are allowed for revian.ai
  4. Ensure you're using a work email (not personal Gmail/Outlook)

Emails not syncing

If emails aren't appearing:

  1. Check the connection status in Settings > Integrations
  2. Verify the contact's email address matches exactly
  3. Wait 5-10 minutes for new emails to sync
