Revian integrates with your video conferencing platforms to automatically pull call transcripts and recordings. Once connected, every recorded call syncs to Revian within minutes of ending, giving you AI-powered summaries, action items, and coaching insights without any manual work.
You can connect multiple platforms simultaneously. Many teams use Zoom for external calls and Google Meet or Teams for internal meetings.
Connecting Zoom
Zoom integration uses OAuth, which means you authorize Revian to access your account securely without sharing your password.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Zoom
- Click Connect Zoom
- Sign in to your Zoom account if prompted
- Review the permissions and click Allow
- You will be redirected back to Revian
Permissions required:
- View and manage cloud recordings
- Access meeting transcripts
- View meeting metadata (participants, duration, date)
Note: Revian only accesses recordings where you are the host or have been granted access. We cannot see recordings from meetings you did not organize or attend.
Connecting Google Meet
Google Meet integration connects through your Google Workspace account.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet
- Click Connect Google Meet
- Select your Google Workspace account
- Review the permissions and click Allow
- Return to Revian to confirm the connection
Permissions required:
- Access to Google Drive (where Meet recordings are stored)
- View meeting recordings and transcripts
- Read calendar events (to match calls with scheduled meetings)
Google Meet recordings are stored in Google Drive, so Revian needs Drive access to retrieve them. We only access files in the "Meet Recordings" folder.
Connecting Microsoft Teams
Teams integration uses Microsoft OAuth and requires admin approval in most organizations.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams
- Click Connect Microsoft Teams
- Sign in with your Microsoft work account
- If your organization requires it, request admin consent
- Once approved, return to Revian to complete setup
Permissions required:
- Access meeting recordings and transcripts
- View meeting details and participant information
- Read calendar events from Outlook
Admin approval: If you see a message about admin consent, your IT administrator needs to approve the Revian app in the Microsoft Entra admin center. Contact your IT team with the approval request link.
Troubleshooting connections
If your integration is not syncing calls:
- Check recording settings: Make sure cloud recording is enabled in your platform settings
- Verify permissions: Reconnect the integration to refresh OAuth tokens
- Wait for processing: Transcripts can take 5 to 15 minutes to appear after a call ends
- Check your plan: Some platforms require paid plans for recording features
If problems persist, contact support with the specific error message you are seeing.
