Every call that syncs to Revian comes with an AI-generated summary and full transcript. You can access these from the deal page, the activity feed, or the dedicated Calls section in the main navigation.
Finding calls on the deal page
The most common way to access calls is from the deal they are associated with. When you open a deal, scroll to the activity feed section to see all related calls.
Each call card in the activity feed shows:
- Call date and duration
- Participants who joined
- AI-generated summary
- Quick indicators for action items, objections, and sentiment
Click on any call card to open the full call view with the complete transcript and detailed analysis.
Browsing all calls
To see calls across all your deals, click Calls in the main navigation. This view shows all calls you have access to, sorted by date with the most recent first.
You can filter the call list by:
- Date range: Show calls from a specific time period
- Deal: Filter to calls associated with a particular deal
- Participants: Find calls with specific contacts or team members
- Tags: Filter by objections, competitors mentioned, or other AI-detected tags
The call detail view
When you open a call, you will see several sections of information.
Summary panel
At the top, the AI summary gives you the highlights. This includes the main discussion topics, any decisions made, and the overall outcome. Below the summary, you will find extracted action items that can be converted to tasks with one click.
Transcript panel
The full transcript appears below the summary. Each speaking turn is labeled with the speaker's name and a timestamp. You can click any timestamp to jump to that moment in the recording.
Transcripts include visual indicators for:
- Questions asked (marked with a question icon)
- Objections raised (highlighted in amber)
- Competitor mentions (tagged with the competitor name)
- Key moments identified by the AI (marked with a star)
Insights sidebar
On the right side, you will see call metrics and insights including talk time breakdown, question count, and sentiment over time. This sidebar also shows any related content from your content library that might be relevant based on what was discussed.
Searching within transcripts
Use the search bar at the top of any transcript to find specific words or phrases. Results are highlighted in the transcript and you can jump between matches using the arrow buttons.
Tip: Search works across all transcripts, not just the one you are viewing. Use the global search in the main navigation to find mentions across all your calls.
Timeline navigation
The visual timeline below the audio player shows the flow of the conversation. Different colors indicate who was speaking at each moment. You can click anywhere on the timeline to jump to that point in the call.
The timeline also marks key moments:
- Orange markers: Objections or concerns
- Blue markers: Questions asked
- Green markers: Positive moments or commitments
- Purple markers: Competitor mentions
Speaker filtering
If you want to focus on what a specific person said, use the speaker filter above the transcript. Select one or more speakers to show only their speaking turns. This is helpful when you want to review just the prospect's objections or just your team member's pitch.
The talk time percentage updates when you filter, showing you how much of the visible conversation each person contributed.
Sharing and exporting
You can share calls with team members by clicking the Share button. Recipients will receive a link to view the call summary and transcript. You can also export transcripts as text files or PDF documents for use outside Revian.
