Teaching the AI about your business

The AI assistant works best when it understands your specific products, processes, competitors, and terminology. Upload content to your library to give it the context it needs.

What to upload

The most valuable content for the AI includes:

Product information

Help the AI explain what you sell and how it works.

  • Product overview documents
  • Feature lists and capabilities
  • Technical specifications
  • Use cases and customer stories

Pricing and packaging

Enable the AI to discuss pricing with confidence.

  • Current pricing sheets
  • Package comparisons
  • Discount guidelines
  • ROI calculators or templates

Competitive intelligence

Help reps handle competitive situations.

  • Battle cards for key competitors
  • Feature comparison matrices
  • Win/loss analysis summaries
  • Competitive objection handling guides

Sales playbooks

Standardize your sales methodology.

  • Discovery question frameworks
  • Objection handling scripts
  • Email templates and sequences
  • Demo flow guides

How to upload content

1 Go to Content Library

Click Content in the main navigation.

2 Click "Add Content"

Choose to upload files directly or sync from Google Drive/Dropbox.

3 Select your files

Choose files from your computer. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, MD.

4 Add tags (optional)

Tag content by type (competitive, pricing, product) for easier organization.

How the AI uses your content

Once uploaded, the AI automatically references your content when relevant:

Example: Pricing question

Without content: "I don't have access to your specific pricing details."

With pricing doc uploaded: "Our Ultimate plan includes unlimited AI, call recording, and e-signatures. Here's how it compares to Plus..."

Example: Competitive objection

Without content: Generic response about differentiators

With battle card uploaded: "Compared to Salesforce, we include call recording without Gong, e-signatures without DocuSign, and our AI is flat-rate versus their $2/conversation pricing..."

Best practices

Keep content current

Outdated pricing or product info will lead to incorrect AI responses. Set a reminder to review and update content quarterly.

Use clear file names

Name files descriptively: "Competitor-Salesforce-BattleCard-2026.pdf" is better than "battlecard-v3-final.pdf"

Structure content well

Documents with clear headings and sections are easier for the AI to parse. Use headers, bullet points, and tables.

Remove outdated content

Delete old versions of documents to prevent the AI from referencing incorrect information.

Tip: Ask the AI "What do you know about our pricing?" or "Tell me about our competitive positioning" to verify it has the right context.

Syncing from cloud storage

You can sync folders from Google Drive or Dropbox to keep content automatically updated:

  1. Go to Content > Settings
  2. Click Connect next to Google Drive or Dropbox
  3. Authorize access
  4. Select folders to sync

Changes to files in those folders will automatically sync to Revian.
